I was invited to present my research on genetic evidence in medical litigation at the esteemed 11th annual Governance of Emerging Technologies and Science Conference at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law in America on 16-17 May 2024.
It was a great experience to share insights and discoveries with legal practitioners, scientists and academics from around the globe, delving into the legal, scientific, regulatory, policy, and ethical issues involved in governing various emerging technologies (including nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, human-machine interfaces, neuroscience, synthetic biology, genomics, personalised medicine, telemedicine, human enhancement, gene editing, blockchain, robotics, autonomous vehicles etc).
Special thanks to the organizers (Professor Gary Marchant, Professor Diana M. Bowman, Eric Hale H., Trever Formosa and others) for putting together such a fantastic event.
