Genetic Evidence in Toxic Torts

It was a pleasure to present my research on genetic evidence in toxic torts at the Intersections of Private Law Colloquium, organised by the University of Sydney Law School, from 5-6 April 2024. The Colloquium explored the boundaries, overlaps and complementary operation of fields of private law including corporate law, contract law, tort law and public law. Speakers included the Hon Justice Mark Leeming, the Hon Justice John Basten, Professor Matthew Dyson, Professor Jodi Gardner, Professor Jeannie Marie Patterson, Professor Donal Nolan, and Professor James Penner.
